  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs showing the issue

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on this website are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
